Analysis

We know that her main goal is to have an "epic summer romance", it will be the common theme. First,  Norman, from what Dipper believed, "he" was a zombie, Mabel wanted 'him" to be a vampire, and "he" is a group of gnomes... Who wanted Mabel to be their queen ! But she refuses, and now, gnomes are looking for one, yet : "They have a clear view of the Northwest Manor" (Dipper’s and Mabel’s Guide to Mystery and Nonstop Fun) You see what I mean ? May be Pacifica will be the next potential target.

Gideon also wants Mabel to be her queen... But in the show, power is bad, and Mabel has always resisted !(contrary to Dipper) Either she resists or she's a victim. 

exemples: Dipper wanted to change the present with power of time travel, but because of Mabel he gived up (she was a victim). She fought against Bill Cipher who is a personification of power, she didn't gives the journal to him even she knew the show would be ruined. She remembered what Dipper would do.

"nothing is stronger than the power of Mabel" (Mabel- s1ep6), a pure power ?

Then, there is Mermando who gives Mabel her first kiss before to say goodbye... forever ? And finally Gabe Bensen... Actually, we must trust the Dipper sense, when he help Mabel = good guy (Mermando, Gabe), and when he's worried about her = bad guy (Norman, Gideon).

As long as the twins will be together, they'll put back each other on the right track.
